Service description
Vysible provides hosted ecommerce analytics dashboards for Magento 2 merchants and agencies. The service may include demo dashboards, live source configuration, GA4 and Google Search Console integrations, Magento order reporting, AI executive briefs, priority review targets, and white-label presentation options.
Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to connected systems, and ensuring they have the rights needed to connect Google, Magento, and related data sources to Vysible.
Payment terms
Vysible is offered as a monthly service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are due monthly or annually depending on the selected billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate shown at time of purchase. Monthly plans renew each calendar month. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of dashboard access.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel according to the terms of their package or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior service periods, implementation work, or completed configuration. In the event Vysible discontinues service, customers will be notified with reasonable advance notice and provided time to revoke source access.
Client data ownership
Clients retain ownership of their analytics, Search Console, Magento, order, and configuration data. Vysible uses client data only to provide the service, operate dashboards, generate briefs and review targets, provide support, and maintain the product.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use Vysible to violate laws, access systems without authorization, interfere with service operations, submit malicious content, or misrepresent dashboard outputs as audited financial statements.
Third-party services
Vysible depends on third-party services such as Google, OpenAI, hosting providers, and ecommerce platforms. Availability, accuracy, or access to data from those services may affect Vysible functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysible is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Vysible provides analytics support and operating context, but customers remain responsible for business decisions made using the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Southern California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and dispute handling may be further specified in a written customer agreement.
