Common rollout questions.

Yes. Vysible supports white-label presentation with store or agency branding, depending on how you want the dashboard delivered.
The dashboard itself is fully white-labeled -- your client sees only your branding, your domain, and no mention of Vysible. The one exception is the authentication gate, which runs through Vysible's access control infrastructure at auth.vysible.io. This is a brief, one-time step per session (sessions last 24 hours) before your client lands on the fully branded dashboard. For most agency deployments this is a non-issue.
Agency includes up to 3 client deployments, each with its own connected sources, custom domain, and access controls. For agencies managing more than 3 Magento clients, contact us to discuss volume pricing.
Yes. Demo mode uses sample ecommerce data so you can review the dashboard before connecting GA4, Search Console, or Magento access.
You own your source data. Vysible uses connected data to operate the dashboard, briefs, and review targets for the service.
No. Vysible gives operators an executive view over those systems so weekly reviews do not depend on jumping between separate reporting surfaces.
GA4 and Search Console are connected read-only via OAuth -- no passwords are stored and access can be revoked from your Google account at any time. The Magento connection uses a read-only database user with SELECT access only. The dashboard queries live sources on each load and does not store your data.
No. The dashboard pulls data on demand and returns it to your browser. No customer records, order details, or personally identifiable information are stored on Vysible infrastructure.
No. The AI brief sends metric summaries -- numbers like revenue totals, session counts, and CTR percentages -- to OpenAI. No customer names, emails, or personally identifiable information are included.
AI Chat is a built-in chat interface that lets you ask plain questions about your Magento store and get answers pulled directly from your live database. Ask about revenue, orders, products, or categories without writing SQL or exporting data. Available on Growth and Agency plans. Sessions are not saved and reset on refresh.

The AI powers two things in your dashboard: the Executive Brief and the Priority Review Targets.

For both, it only sees aggregated metrics for the selected period. Things like total sessions, revenue, conversion rate, search impressions, top pages, and product revenue movement. No customer names, no order details, and no personally identifiable information ever leaves your dashboard.

The Executive Brief takes those numbers and writes a plain-English summary of where things stand and what's moving. The Priority Review Targets use the same data to surface specific areas worth a closer look, whether that's a page with high impressions and low CTR, a product with dropping revenue, or a category that's outperforming everything else.

If the AI is unavailable for any reason, both fall back to a rule-based version built from the same data so you always get an output either way.

OpenAI's API does not train on API inputs, so your data is never used to improve their models.

Revoke the GA4 and Search Console OAuth token from your Google account and drop the read-only Magento database user. Access is cut immediately. No connected source data, customer records, or order data is stored on Vysible infrastructure. Contact form submissions and deployment configuration are retained for a reasonable period following cancellation.
Yes. When OpenAI releases a new full model, Agency tier deployments are updated first. When a mini or efficiency variant of that model becomes available, Starter and Growth tier deployments are updated. Everyone moves forward -- Agency always stays one step ahead. You will be notified before any change is made to your deployment.
Yes. Multiple team members can use the dashboard simultaneously. AI refresh limits apply per dashboard deployment, so the full allowance is shared across your team rather than tracked per individual user. Dashboard access is managed at the subdomain level -- your account manager handles who gets access during onboarding.
Setup fees are quoted based on deployment complexity, typically a few hundred dollars, and are waived for initial rollouts while we build case studies.
