Overview
Vysible provides hosted ecommerce analytics dashboards for Magento 2 merchants and agencies. We collect and process information only as needed to deliver the dashboard, communicate with customers, support the service, and improve the product experience.
Data we collect
We may collect name, email address, company details, website URL, message content, configuration details, Google Analytics 4 data, Google Search Console data, Magento order data, and dashboard usage information. Magento order data may include order-line revenue, product, category, and transaction-level reporting fields needed for analytics.
How we use data
We use collected data for service delivery, dashboard operation, customer support, sales communication, source connection troubleshooting, AI executive brief generation, priority review target generation, security monitoring, and product improvement.
Google, OpenAI, and service providers
Vysible may use Google services to connect GA4 and Search Console data, OpenAI to support AI-powered executive briefs and analysis workflows, and hosting, email, logging, or infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process information only for the purposes needed to support Vysible.
Data retention and deletion
We retain customer contact information, configuration details, and connected analytics data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy operational requirements, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations. Customers may request deletion by contacting Vysible at vysiblesales@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No internet service is perfectly secure, and customers should maintain appropriate access controls for their Google, Magento, and related accounts. The Vysible marketing site may use software to measure traffic and improve the product. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Client data ownership
Clients retain ownership of their source data. Vysible uses connected data to provide dashboards, briefs, review targets, support, and related service functions. Vysible does not sell client analytics data.
