This policy explains how Vysible handles contact information, connected analytics data, and service providers while operating white-label ecommerce dashboards.
Vysible provides hosted ecommerce analytics dashboards for Magento 2 merchants and agencies. We collect and process information only as needed to deliver the dashboard, communicate with customers, support the service, and improve the product experience.
We may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company details
- Website URL
- Message content
- Configuration details
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data
- Google Search Console data
- Magento order data
- Dashboard usage information
Magento order data may include order-line revenue, product, category, and transaction-level reporting fields needed for analytics.
We use collected data for:
- Service delivery
- Dashboard operation
- Customer support
- Sales communication
- Source connection troubleshooting
- AI executive brief generation
- Priority review target generation
- Security monitoring
- Product improvement
Vysible uses the following service providers to operate the service:
- An analytics provider (Google) for the GA4 and Search Console connections
- An AI provider (OpenAI) for the AI executive brief, review targets, and AI Chat
- Cloud hosting, network security, and DNS providers
- A contact-form processing provider
Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, and access-control infrastructure for the dashboard. The public demo requires no account or email address. Where access authentication is used for live client deployments, Cloudflare processes the email addresses entered at sign-in.
These providers process information only as needed to support Vysible operations and do not receive data beyond what is required for their specific function.
OpenAI does not train on API inputs submitted through Vysible.
AI Chat answers questions about a store's own Magento data. To generate a response, aggregated query results may be sent to OpenAI. Customer personal information - names, email addresses, postal addresses, and phone numbers - is never queried or sent to OpenAI. Individual customers are referenced only by an internal customer ID.
We retain customer contact information and dashboard configuration details for as long as needed to provide the service.
GA4, Search Console, and Magento source data is queried on demand when the dashboard loads and is not stored on Vysible infrastructure.
No customer order records, transaction details, or personally identifiable information from connected sources is retained.
Customers may request deletion of their contact and configuration data by contacting Vysible at: hello@vysible.io
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.
No internet service is perfectly secure, and customers should maintain appropriate access controls for their Google, Magento, and related accounts.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. Data is processed according to Google's privacy policy.
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Vysible at: hello@vysible.io
Vysible does not sell personal information.
Vysible does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents will not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights.
Clients retain ownership of their source data.
